Yes, I do eat real food. It’s not that I live only on desserts, but they are my weakness. So, it’s about time for some real food recipe. To welcome the spring I offer you some delicious pasta with radicchio and young shoots of black bryony, all wrapped up with creamy cooking cream, slices of radish and a few drops of delicious aceto balsamic cream. There are no measures in this recipe because it was all happening in the heat of a moment, it wasn’t planned to be published online. I am just going to say this amount is enough for one person, in this case, for me. My family didn’t want to hear about it, nevertheless eat it. Well, they loss :)

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Radicchio
  • Young shoots of black bryony
  • Small onion
  • Olive oil
  • Cooking cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 radishes
  • Few drops of aceto balsamic cream
  • About 50gr fusilli

 

Cook fusilli and set aside.

Wash radicchio and black bryony. Slice radicchio and break black bryony into small pieces.

Heat olive oil and add chopped onion. Cook until tender, a few minutes and add radicchio and black bryony. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour cooking cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 min on low heat.

Turn the heat off and add fusilli.

Combine everything and decorate with sliced radishes and a few drops of aceto balsamico cream.

Stiglo je proljeće a s njim i prve šparoge i kuke. Ovaj put smo ulovili ipak više kuka u našoj šumici preko puta kuće, a našlo se u frižideru i malo radića, pa sam odlučila spojiti sve skupa u njami obrok. Ovoga puta ne navodim točne mjere jer nisam planirala raditi recept za stranicu, ali sigurna sam da ćete se snaći. Sve što mogu reći je to da je ova količina dovoljna za jednu osobu, u ovom slučaju za mene. Moji nisu htjeli ni čuti za to, a kamoli jesti. Pa.., oni su na gubitku :)

 

Sastojci:

 

  • Radić
  • Kuke
  • Mala kapula
  • Maslinovo ulje
  • Vrhnje za kuhanje
  • Sol
  • Papar
  • 2 rotkvice
  • Aceto balsamic krema
  • Oko 50 gr fusilla

Skuhajte fusille i stavite sa strane.

Operite radić i kuke. Radić nasjeckajte na sitno i kuke prelomite na manje komade.

Zagrijte maslinovo ulje i dodajte nasjeckanu kapulu. Dinstajte dok ne omekša. Dodajte radić i kuke i promjestajte. Dinstajte oko 5 minuta i dodajte vrhnje za kuhanje. Posolite i popaprite po želji i kuhajte još 5 minuta. Dodajte skuhane Fusille, dobro izmješajte i ukrasite feticama rotkvice i nekoliko kapi aceto balsamic kreme.
