If you want another experience of soup, try this one. Rich and full of flavors. Serve with homemade bread .


  • 30 dag of beef shoulder
  • 10 dag peas
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 dcl tomato puree
  • 0,5 dcl red wine
  • 3 dcl water
  • 2 pinches salt
  • Little pepper
  • Little ground clove
  • 1 bay leaf


Wash and cut meat into little pieces. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a steam pressure cooker and add chopped onion. Saute for about 5 minutes. Than add meat and cook and stir until juices evaporates. Add salt, pepper, ground clove and red wine. Stir and when wine evaporates add tomato puree and 2 dcl of  warm water. Close your steam pressure cooker and set the heat to high. When the pressure rises, the marks on the valve stem will appear. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Wash and cut paprika into little pieces. Prepare peas and cut potatoes into little pieces.


Turn off the heat and release button to allow the pressure to slowly release. Add paprika, potatoes and peas. Add 1 dcl of water, bay leaf and stir well. Cook on a low heat for half an hour, without steam pressure.
