Meetballs with paprika and cheese
Who doesn’t love fast food? Maybe not every day, but sometimes you have to treat yourself.
Try with this meatballs, they are addictive.
- 270 gr. ground beef
- 1/4 paprika
- 30 gr. Cheese ( I used gouda)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp parsley
- half onion
- 1 pinch salt
- little pepper
- half slice of yesterday’s bread
- 1 small egg
Put ground beef in a pot. Slice paprika and cheese into little pieces. Combine with beef.
Add minced garlic, chopped onion and parsley. Soak the bread with water and strain it. Add it to the meat. Add beaten egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything with your hands. Put some flour in a plate. Grab about half of tbsp meat mixture and form into meatball.
Roll them in flour and fry them in deep heat oil. The heat has to be medium so the meatballs don’t burn outside and stay raw on the inside. Fry them about 5 – 10 minutes on each side. Serve with fries.
